Tarik has extensive experience in structural engineering design projects across the residential and small commercial sectors, successfully delivering high quality designs to agreed programme and budget. His communicative and friendly approach to his clients and project partners is proving to be the backbone of his enjoyed success to date. Tarik is a degree qualified structural Engineer with over 15 years design experience, 12 of which are in the Oxfordshire area where he has worked for the likes of Young and Webb, Giffords and most recently Intrepid Consulting.
Razwana joined THB Consulting in 2015. A primary school teacher by qualification she has decided to swap the class room for the office, bringing with her that undoubted ability to organise and multi task calmly and effectively. If you can look after 30+ young children year in year out then the office is surely a doddle. She is in charge of all administrative and accounts related matters of the business. She is always on the other side of the phone in case you have an accounting or admin related query or would like to book an appointment to see us.
